Lunatica-mind workbook

Lunatica-mind
is’ a journey that takes us by the hand to take the different parts that dwell within us and allows us to cross the gates of time to :

– To instill greater awareness in ourselves
– Observe our position in daily life
– Recognize and enhance our resources and talents.
All starting from our menstrual cycle aka our “inner moon cycle”

Lunatica-mind is’ a path that gives a time and space dedicated to those women who allow themselves to dare; it allows us to breathe differently our experience so as to allow an “other” reading.
