As a Doula I go to the homes of mothers who call me, at the times they prefer. The purpose: to go as far as possible to meet their valuable needs.

But it often happens that the mother-to-be or new mother with her newborn feels like going out, taking a walk. The reasons can be a wide variety …. strolling to get away from a variety of thoughts (related to work, family, approaching childbirth), strolling to get out of the routine at home with the newborn or to get in shape.

However, one does not always feel like doing it alone …

With the Walking Doula trails, each mom or small group of moms can have the opportunity to move in the green with a trusted person with whom to confront or simply open up, receive support support comfort while enjoying the gifts of nature, the chance to re-connect with the elements, find their center again to better take care of themselves and their baby.

In the beautiful setting of Mount Portofino, we will venture out for simple walks on the plains suitable for expectant mothers and mothers with babies in a simple stroller, or we can venture into the beautiful woods even with the aid of a sling.
