Bring your period to the office: the beauty of being a woman, always – Feb. 24, 2019

Female 360° cycle, motherhood, fertility, menopause, Group Pathways

In addition to working for women…I love working WITH women

and this collaboration that was born with Francesca Cassini, creator of www.benesseredonne.it, Tuina practitioner, and Chinese medicine teacher is one that I am most passionate about because of the contribution that together we can bring to the benefit of all those women who experience the menstrual cycle, and some phases of it (e.g., pre-menstruation or menstruation) as a “doom”

Francesca and I will conduct a seminar, theoretical-experiential, at the end of which each participant:

  • Will know the nature, physiology, and “logic” of the menstrual cycle
  • Will have awareness of all the women she embodies during a single month
  • will have acquired the practical tools to better manage the different phases of the cycle from the physical (self-treatment points), emotional, nutritional (the lunch box for every occasion), organizational (how to organize one’s professional/personal schedule) …and even outfit point of view 😉
