Because, I remind you, VIBRATION CREATES MATTER.
And so our physical appearance is deeply correlated with the vibrations of our soul,
If the soul is imprisoned by a personality (by a set of masks) that does not let it express itself freely … the body will take on the relevant connotations. So we can say that we often take on the guise of our inner conflicts.

Through 5 experiential workshops we will go inside your story, your experience, your wounds to bring them fully to light and take care of them through the tools you will acquire.
We are made of many colors and shades, let us not fall into the trap of defining ourselves, giving ourselves labels …. even with wounds.
Each of us has come to experience some more urgently and deeply and others as nuances of personality.
We will see how our appearance today and yesterday is and has been affected by inner movements that we may have ignored or not fully understood.
That is why the 5 appointments are not separable; it is a true organic path.

Closing the journey is a very tasty sixth meeting during which we go deep into couple dynamics and explore the basics of “how wounds mate”
Everything we will see is partly inspired by LB’s 5 Wounds and then elaborated from my decades of experience, observation, professional and personal research.
