My personal path to hormonal balance
I experienced these imbalances on my own skin. Through complex moments, especially with respect to the management of my fire, both during my menstrual cycle and later in the journey to menopause. I have seen my body change profoundly with the same diet, lifestyle, and physical activity. Step by step, through research, study, expertise and experimentation I first regained my balance naturally, without drugs or outside intervention. And then I began to codify a method to accompany other women on this journey, through a personal reading a unique, tailored path.
I turned my menstrual cycle into a resource for improving my personal and professional life. I did the same as I transitioned to menopause, experiencing it today as one of the richest and most life-filled and fulfilling phases of my life.
Now I accompany other women on this same journey.
My approach: natural and conscious hormonal balance
My work is neither medical nor pharmaceutical: I don’t diagnose or prescribe cures, but I guide you on a path of awareness, to take care of your hormonal system through a deep understanding of who you are, how you function, what your needs are, what your ideal lifestyle is, how to use emotions for natural hormonal rebalancing, and how to get to a body that is in tune with your most authentic Self.

How the route works
- It starts with filling out a very rich evaluation form that will help me collect all the info I need to prepare your pathway
- If we do not yet know each other, have not worked together or not specifically on this issue, 1 individual session will follow the questionnaire to get to know each other and make an initial mapping of the starting status, critical issues, resources and goals; if, on the other hand, we have already been working together for some time, an accurate filling out of the above questionnaire will suffice.
- 10 Group Sessions: at this stage you will access the group that I have selected for you; it will be work that we will do in groups of 5 people, small, resonant groups.
- Although as a group, the work will be individualized.
- The duration of the course will be 5 months
- 5 months structured in 10 sessions: 2 meetings per month of 90 min each.
