have often talked about the <strong>mirror<\/strong>, both as a physical object in front of which we observe ourselves and as a relational mirror: that other which reflects parts of us.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today I propose a third key to you:<br\/><strong>the mirror of judgment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every time you judge &#8212; yourself or someone else &#8212; you leave <strong>a crack in the mirror<\/strong>.<br\/>A crack that <strong>distorts<\/strong>, but can also <strong>reveal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not an invitation not to judge.<br\/>It is an invitation to become aware of <strong>what is going on inside you when you judge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"In_the_heart_of_Theasomatics\"><\/span>In the heart of Theasomatics<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <strong>the Theasomatic<\/strong> Method <strong>&#8211; Divine in Body, True in Soul<\/strong>, I accompany women to dissolve the conflict with image, body, and judgment (especially inner), to regain <strong>well-being, presence and coherence with their soul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Every_criticism_is_a_crack_what_does_it_really_mean\"><\/span>Every criticism is a crack: what does it really mean?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every judgment you make (about yourself or others) is <strong>a crack in the mirror of the soul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%9C%A6_The_crack_distorts\"><\/span>\u2726 The crack distorts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You see only what confirms your judgment.<br\/>You exclude the rest.<br\/>It is <strong>a partial<\/strong>, warped <strong>perception<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%9C%A6_The_crack_reveals\"><\/span>\u2726 The crack reveals<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But it is also <strong>a gateway<\/strong>: that is where <strong>light<\/strong> can <strong>enter<\/strong>.<br\/>As Leonard Cohen writes:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;There is a crack in everything. That&#8217;s how the light gets in.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judgment can become <strong>a portal to what inside you needs to be looked at<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_happens_in_your_system_when_you_judge\"><\/span>What happens in your system when you judge?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"At_the_mental_level\"><\/span>At the mental level<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judgment separates.<br\/>&#8220;I am right, the other is wrong.&#8221;<br\/>\ud83d\udc49 The mind stiffens, closes, defends itself.<br\/>\ud83d\udc49 You lose flexibility and complex vision.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"On_an_emotional_level\"><\/span>On an emotional level<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judgment covers a deeper emotion.<br\/>Fear. Envy.
