life. These changes can trigger emotions of fear, insecurity, sadness or confusion. The urge for free self-expression becomes increasingly present and not ignoble, but if we do not have tools to channel this energy, body mind emotions and spirit will \u201ccollapse\u201d or \u201cexplode\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p>That&#8217;s why in the course we deal with, among other things, :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Addressing inner conflicts : We work to identify and address any <em>unresolved conflicts<\/em> related to aging, loss of fertility, or a sense of being less desired.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>realign identity : realign it with the new stage of life or realign it for the first time with the true and authentic Self<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make space for repressed emotions: if as a woman you have difficulty expressing emotions or have lived a life, for example, in close contact with traditional roles (mother, wife), it can be helpful to get rid of frustrations that have accumulated over time.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Energy_and_Physical_Balance\"><\/span>Energy and Physical Balance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n<p>During the menopausal period, the body undergoes a number of physical changes, such as, alteration of metabolism.  <\/p>\n\n<p>We will do a reading of the hormonal picture from an energetic and emotional point of view based on the personal map we will draw up, and you will be able to integrate concrete tools to take care of the balance in your daily life (e.g. we will see how to reduce cortisol ( if in excess) and rebalance the body&#8217;s energy or conversely how to support it if \u201clow\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Review_of_beliefs_and_emotional_patterns\"><\/span>Review of beliefs and emotional patterns  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Over many years of fieldwork, self-observation and study, I have been able to see how many hormonal disorders are linked to limiting beliefs or dysfunctional emotional patterns. During menopause, these beliefs can amplify, leading to a more difficult experience of change. And the more you resist this wave of change, the more your body suffers. In hormone mentoria I promote <strong>mindful nutrition<\/strong>, which helps support your all-around system naturally. <\/p>\n\n<p>Nourishment is something that satisfies not only the physical body, but also the mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of the individual. Nourishment is not only about what we eat, but how every aspect of our lives sustains and enriches us. This means that every choice, every relationship, every activity we engage in is a form of nourishment for our being.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In the path of <strong>mindfulness mindfulness<\/strong>, I will not give you pre-packaged diets or eating regimens. Rather, my goal is to help you rediscover what it means to truly nourish yourself all-around, in all aspects of your life (including at the table). I will guide you in understanding that nourishment is not limited to the food we put on our plate, but also extends to the emotions we cultivate, the thoughts we nurture, the relationships we experience, and the energy we invest in our work and spiritual journey.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Each person has his or her own way of understanding and experiencing nourishment. For some, nourishment may mean choosing healthy food, but for others it may be taking care of their mind, their affections, their inner well-being. In <strong>conscious mindfulness<\/strong>, my role is not to give you standardized answers, but to accompany you in the process of discovering what represents true nourishment for you, whether at the table or in your relationships, work, and all aspects of your life.  <\/p>\n\n<p>I will help you piece together the \u201cpuzzle\u201d of what makes you feel whole, healthy and balanced, starting with an awareness of how every choice you make-whether it&#8217;s food, emotional, mental or relational-affects your energy and overall well-being.
