Why were they triggered? Why do we feed them?  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why are we so afraid to SHINE<\/strong> and hide in addictions?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Workshops are interactive, working in groups on individual stories (for those who have a desire to share them), exercises and direct guided personal exploration experiences.
