How many of us think we are self-reliant, perhaps because we are working and financially independent, or because from an early age we have been used to fending for ourselves?
\nHow much effort does it cost to do everything by yourself?
\nHow does it make you feel to think that you can only rely on your own strength? But is this really being AUTONOMY?<\/p>\n

I devised this workshop at the end of 2019 as part of the Learning Freedom – Online appointment cycle<\/a> having no idea what we would all be experiencing a few months from now
\nAnd so today I realize how truly CENTRAL this issue is IN THE EXISTENCE OF EVERYONE OF US more than ever at the time of COVID 19
\nHow autonomous are we really?<\/p>\n

We are immersed in a sea of conditioning, everyone holding the truth in their hands, believing they control, judging<\/p>\n

A thousand different sources give their opinions, and everyone tends to adhere to one side or the other<\/p>\n

Yet this time is precisely that of awakening, the time to become masters of oneself and one’s choices again<\/p>\n

Let’s use this suspended time to come back to us, deeply, understand and integrate WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AUTONOMOUS in order to best get through the crisis in the immediate term but especially to prepare ourselves to bring our authenticity and uniqueness into the world as soon as we can.<\/p>\n

I’ll tell you a little bit about myself:<\/strong><\/p>\n

For so long I believed that being autonomous meant not depending on anything or anyone…without realizing that “trying not to depend” is still an addiction<\/p>\n

Do you know what I’m talking about? Does it resonate with you?<\/p>\n

Believing that you have to do everything on your own
\nBelieving that asking for or receiving help always comes at a price
\nBelieving that the value of who you are is closely tied to how well you can manage on your own
\netc etc…
\nthese are just some of the IDEAS about autonomy with which I grew up
\nonly to discover that ….<\/span><\/p>\n

It is time to gain clarity, to see the dynamics that despite our best efforts have still brought us into a state of dependency (and what we are experiencing today at the planetary level is proof of that), to understand the ego games we have nurtured to date, and to RECALL ourselves with who we really are<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
