As part of the series of lectures and workshops dedicated to Metamedicine\u00ae of emotional relationships, on May 10 we will discuss the topic of GELOSIA<\/p>\n

Jealousy is not something that only concerns the sphere of the couple … it is not only something that has to do with the idea of “caring about the other” …<\/p>\n

We may not realize it, but jealousy can pervade every aspect of our lives
\nIn the parent-child relationship, in friendship or work relationships, if we really are listening …we can feel pushing this emotion<\/p>\n

Jealousy is an emotion, like anger, sadness, joy … but what lies beneath jealousy? What deep feeling lies behind this drive?<\/p>\n

The other or the other are just “activators” of something that has existed in us …for a very long time<\/p>\n

It can also happen to “not feel jealous at all but find, strangely enough, terribly jealous partners” and wonder how it is possible<\/p>\n

At times we may feel gratified by a jealous partner, but then what happens?
\nHow dangerous can jealousy become? and by dangerous I don’t necessarily mean “deadly” as many news episodes tell but deadly yes, deadly for personal freedom, for freedom of self-expression of one’s being, that is, for life<\/p>\n

No matter all that we know in theory about jealousy “you must not be jealous,” “you must trust yourself and each other” etc etc …
\nin fact here “positive thinking” has very little efficacy because we are talking about an extremely powerful emotion\/pulse that works on an unconscious level<\/p>\n

What is important in order to really detach from it, is to become aware of what is happening within us, how it affects our relationships, why it happens, where it comes from, and if we wish to understand how to transform it<\/p>\n
